This week we bring on Norisha Kirts Glover, founder and owner of NRK Construction. We sit down and talk about her experience in different fields, including education fundraising, construction, a consulting firm, and being on the boards of multiple different companies. We get into how she discovered construction was the path she wanted to take, and then how she later decided residential construction was the construction for her. We also dive into the lessons that Norisha has learned throughout these different fields and building five homes in one week for her first job, with herself as the only employee.
