Episode #139 - Building Your Dream Business - Chad Guzzardo
/

This week on The Patty-G Show, we are joined by Chad Guzzardo of Centurion Construction Management. Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, Chad knew that someday he would operate his own business. Along the way this adventure took him to Florida, Colorado, then back to Baton Rouge. It was back in his hometown that he decided it was time to take the leap and go out on his own and build something he could be proud of. Taking his experience from the construction management world, Chad knew just what the clients were after and how best to handle their needs. From understanding that construction can be a challenging time for owners to realizing that full transparency in all aspects were vital to success. One of Centurion Construction Management’s core principles is that of being open, honest and forthcoming with their clients, especially when it comes to price and price changes. If you are an entrepreneur wondering why they should stay in Baton Rouge, Chad’s story is one you should listen to.
